The classic songs from Western countries that come out of Broadway Restaurant on the fourth floor of Core Pacific City will stir up nostalgia within you and entice you to enter. The restaurant walls display old black-and-white photos from the 50s to 70s, featuring Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, the Beatles, John Wayne, Audrey Hepburn, the Bee Gees, and the Eagles. Live performances by singers with 20 or 30 years of experience will take you back to that era.

Broadway Restaurant's decor is lavish and elegant. The seats have been carefully situated to give good views of the stage. The private rooms emphasize comfort. In addition, owner Bret Chia is particularly insistent on the stylish lighting, stereo, and stage equipment. His fervor for old songs has led him into restaurant management; eager customers can ask Bret to perform a song; his favorite part of his job is being able to enjoy time with customers (Broadway allows customers to sing on stage after midnight.)

Broadway Restaurant provides a variety of gourmet cuisines. Bret recommends the Spicy Thai Mushroom (NT$260), Pig Oven Roasted Crispy Pork Knuckle (NT$680), Pan Backed Halibut Filet w/dill Butter Sauce (NT$480), and Grilled Rib-eye Steak in Red Wine Sauce (NT$780). There are also assorted salads (NT$180 to NT$320) and pastas (NT$220 to NT$380). Accompanied by live performances of old time music, Broadway Restaurant provides a unique blend of enjoyment.
