The sequel to Underworld, this film
continues the story where, for centuries, vampires and
lycans (werewolves) have been fighting against each
other. Vampire heroine Selene (Beckinsale) teams up
with Michael, a Vampire/Lycan hybrid (a human who has
become infected with both viral strains). Michael struggles
to accept and understand his powers, as he longs to
end the war between Lycans and Vampires.
