This cafe, hidden in an alley, has several unique brunch options that have already earned it a sizable group of loyal customers. The owner's top offering, Boeuf Bourguignon Sandwich (NT$200), comes with a choice of french fries or handmade deep-fried sweet potato wedges, plus NT$20 off a menu drink. This hearty meal mixes eastern and western flavors, being prepared with Taiwan's popular salted pork together with scallions, onions and mozzarella cheese, and goes well with a warming Latte (NT$120). Spicy Italian Meatballs Slow-Cooked Meal (NT$340) is made with handmade meatballs, onions, jalapeno peppers and tomato sauce. This sour and spicy dish topped with cheese goes well with rice. The minimum purchase per person here is NT$300. --By Alice Chang, translated by Anna Yang
