One of a growing number of creative drink places, this establishment not only offers bubble tea but is also the largest open-style drinks take-out business in Taichung. Name-brand milk is used to make drinks in a completely transparent area that allows customers to see the whole process, from drink mixing to packaging. The owners imported a machine for making bubble tea "boaba" bubbles (sweet glutinous pearls) fresh daily in various colors like red, green, purple and black for visual effects, combined with green tea, black sesame, fruit and other ingredients in drink combinations that are not only natural and healthy but also multi-textured. --By Ann Li, translated by S.
