Situated near the Jing Ming Shopping
District is a tea house named Caviar. In the beginning,
it was hard to imagine how caviar could be linked to
coffee and tea. Yet, the team behind this teahouse has
spent a lot of thought and energy in devising new methods
of enjoying coffee, by introducing caviar to the formula.
First, you take a mouthful of caviar, push it to the
top of your mouth with the tip of your tongue and, as
your mouth is filled with the delicious taste of caviar,
sip some coffee and enjoy this perfect combination!
This is truly an innovative idea well worth a try. I
heard that some people are already rather addicted to
this new form of coffee appreciation. The lunch boxes
here are also highly recommended--top-grade rice is
topped with Teppanyaki Pork Chops and placed in an elegant-looking
paper lunch box. Not only is it nice to look at, but
it tastes great, too! This will overthrow your image
of poorly-packaged teahouse food. The other snacks here
are worth trying out, too, all reasonably priced between
NT$20 and NT$120. Last of all, a special commendation
for all the service people who work here. They may all
be young but they have great friendly attitudes! This
helps make Caviar the new teahouse choice in the Jing
Ming Shopping District.
