When
it comes to pleasant locations to enjoy warm summer days and evenings,
it's hard to beat this new teahouse restaurant, located on the first-floor
corner of the E-Power building (formerly Top Mall). At least half
of the 200 seats are outside, around umbrella-covered tables on
an elevated wooden deck and balcony area that provides good views
and catches the breeze nicely. The vast majority of drinks are green
and black teas and tea-based drinks, ranging from NT$66 for medium
size to NT$128 for large. This includes milk teas, flower teas and
herbal teas (divided into male and female varieties). There are
a few coffees, too. Snacks and meals are mostly-Asian fare including
Japanese-style rice boxes, noodles, boiled dumplings, Chinese beef
and chicken rice meals, sandwiches and Cantonese-style "dim
sum" snacks.
