Perhaps its just the name, but there's something pleasingly European about this Internet cafe, located on the corner of Tatun and Hsiang Shang roads. The comfortable first floor resembles a regular cafe, with the exception of a few computer terminals. However, the upstairs area is a dedicated Internet cafe, featuring about 50 terminals which cost NT$25 per hour to use. Good hot or cold Italian coffees are available for NT$80, in addition to European herbal and other teas. A daily special meal, usually something Italian, may be ordered for NT$120 at any time of the day or night.
