Fu Shui An
is one of a cute trio of little cafe teahouses (see following two
listings) to open next to Caccia Italian Restaurant, just off of
Chienhsing Road near the Hsueh Shih Road intersection. The cozy
interior of the cafe offers seating on two levels inside, including
a balcony mezzanine area. Teas make up the larger part of the drink
menu, with most averaging between NT$50 and NT$80 and including
milk, black and green teas of all flavors. Flower teas are slightly
more at NT$100. There are also the usual selection of coffees for
roughly the same price and some juices. Most meals, served between
11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and 5 to 8 p.m., include a 500cc free drink.
Selections include beef, seafood and Japanese-style noodles, some
rice dishes, sandwiches and hot pot, with the latter two choices
offered in the afternoon and later in the evening. Prices average
NT$80 to NT$150. Heading on Chienhsing Road towards Hsueh Shih Road
from Taya Road, turn left onto the last lane before the intersection
and Yumaoou supermarket.
