Among the newest of Taichung's mega-coffee houses, this latest Parity branch store (the city's second) dominates a corner of Wuchuan 5th and Wuchuan West 4th streets, on the edge of the well-known 'Champs Elysees' restaurant/cafe street near Taiwan Museum of Art.  This massive, brightly lit place is very attractive with neat lighting fixtures, indoor and outdoor balcony seating on three different levels, plenty of space with seating for about 300 and lots of palm trees.  Like its sister branch on Taichung Kang Road, Parity offers hot and cold coffees, teas, milk teas, juices and other drinks for about NT$60 to NT$100.  Snacks and meals include NT$180 rice meal specials, hot pot specials averaging NT$200 and other main-course meals.  To get there, turn off of Wuchuan Road opposite the art museum's main entrance, go about two blocks and its on the corner.
