Those looking for a great place to enjoy coffee any time of the day or night should check out this beautiful, large new cafe. The third Taichung branch for IS (Italian-Style) Coffee is also the first 24-hour outlet on the island for the chain. The new cafe, located on Wenshin Road about mid-way between Chungching and Taichung Harbor roads, features attractive decor and plenty of space, including open-air balconies and garden seating. As in other IS outlets, there are a wide range of hot and cold coffees, priced under NT$100, and other meals and deals, including the NT$150 coffee and sandwich/croissant, gelato (Italian ice cream), pastries and a long list of NT$180 express rice meal dishes (available 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., 6-8:30 p.m.).
