For those looking to surf the Net, send e-mail or play computer games, the recently-opened TS Internet Tea Shop offers 24 terminals 24 hours a day.  The computers--costing NT$30 per hour--are located upstairs in a no-frills atmosphere frequented by a lot of computer game aficionados.  Downstairs is a tea shop, with the usual variety of iced and hot teas, costing between NT$50 and NT$70 for a large glass.  There are also simple meals, like beef noodles (nio rou mien) for NT$70, hot pork chop noodles (pai gu re mien) for the same price, or a plate of "jaotzu" dumplings for NT$50.  While eating, one can also enjoy movies on the very big screen TV.  Heading south on Meitsun Rd., the cafe is on the right, just before the Hsiang Shang Rd. intersection (Holiday KTV).
