Traditional tea-purchasing channels include not only tea shops and department stores but also via tea farmers themselves. Established in 2013, the Taiwan Tea Co-Op brings tea growers together from all over Taiwan to centralize marketing and export efforts, and provide a big shopping venue to retail the best teas, 100% produced in Taiwan, including those from Lishan, Alishan and various Nantou county districts. Tea lovers can come here and learn about Taiwan's tea varieties while they shop, and there are also various tea gift and snack set options available, making this an ideal destination for anyone seeking tea-related products and take-home souvenirs.

Left: The second floor has laboratories, meeting rooms and
classrooms set aside to teach tea culture to tourists,
host seminars, or be rented out to other groups, which
get to enjoy tea and snacks as an extra bonus.
Right: Teas cultivated at an elevation of 400 to 2,500 meters can be found here and
prices range from the hundreds to thousands of NT dollars.

Left: Tea is packaged according to its grade after inspection by a professional evaluation
team to ensure tea quality, grade the teas and verify production volume. All shoppers
who buy teas here can rest assured that they will enjoy safe and good quality tea
products that are suited to their tastes.
