This shop provide all sorts of food items and accessories for both individuals and restaurants, and is a must-visit for those who love doing their own cooking or are running their own eateries. Almost everything here comes in quantities both large and small--from spices to raw nuts and cheeses to cardboard 'bian dang' lunchboxes, Sheng Hui has it covered. Indeed, part of the fun is wandering around seeing what you'll find next. Those who love to cook Western food, especially baked goods, are frequently frustrated by a lack of ingredients, utensils or accessories required. For those folks, Sheng Hui is a dream come true, as it stocks thousands of items. It also offers very popular cooking classes on weekends, attracting anywhere from 20 to over 40 people per class (in Chinese only).
