Located next to the Art Museum Parkway, Ivan is a little shop where you can find all kinds of DIY materials for leather handicrafts, including cowhides, sheepskin, deerskin and even rare materials such as ostrich and crocodile leathers and snakeskin. Neatly organized on the store's shelves are also books about handicraft tools and leather-dyeing.
If you don't want to start from scratch, the shop provides semi-finished products such as business card holders and suitcase name tags that even beginners can transform into high-quality leather items. Handicraft classes are held on the second floor and teach participants how to make leather bags from scratch (NT$5,000; materials and tuition included).
