Named after the owner's own beloved cat, Pekacho is a pet store that specializes in cats. In the very clean and animal-smell-free store, customers can find dry and wet food, toys and a variety of domestic and imported pet fun. Cute, homey decorations make customers feel welcome in Pekacho's air-conditioned, well-organized aisles. The place looks so nice because every morning before opening, the owner, Mr.Chang, spends three hours cleaning the entire store and arranging litter boxes for the cats. For him, it's all in a day's work. Besides merchandise, customers can also board their cats at the store on a short-term basis. Ideal for people who take frequent business trips or weekend getaways, this service costs NT$170 per day. Pekacho also offers pet washing and grooming.
