If you're having an event and looking for entertainment, perhaps booking a band is in order. Prince, or "Taizi" in Chinese, is a group of youngsters with passion for music. You can hire the band, with members Xiao Bei, Xiao Yan, T.C., A-Ga, Xing Hua and Jacky, to play concerts in music venues, company year-end dinners or other festivities. The band also rents out lighting and stereo equipment and uses their experience to teach lessons on the electric guitar, jazz drums and saxophone; the cost for these tutorials is about NT$1,000 to NT$2,000 a lesson. Taizi also plans on setting up what they call a "life house"—a venue that will offer an excellent, digitalized lighting and sound system. This place will contain 300 to 400 seats and hopefully host a lot of live shows. Check out their website for more information.
