In Japan, Natto is believed to be an all-natural soy bean, full of multiple nutrients. Sakura Natto claims that their soybeans include enzymes and probiotics produced through fermentation that are good for body-cleansing. At this particular store, you can purchase a promotion package for NT$370, with which you can grow your own beans from home. You can also buy beans straight off-the-shelf (NT$300/12 per pack). These fresh Natto beans taste great with fresh fruits and can be added into soy or regular milk. You can also put them in a juicer to make a glass of Natto bean juice. A newly developed product at Sakura Natto is Fortune Organic Natto Chocolate (NT$360, for a box of 16 pieces.) Also available are Nattokinase (enzyme from Natto Extract) capsules (NT$1,800/60 capsules per box, buy five boxes and get one free).
