VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
Warm,
imported household furnishings and classic hand-painted furniture
make the plants outside of this European-feeling shop more nostalgic.
By the entrance, there is an early Kodak retractable camera (NT$12,000),
a Singer sewing machine (NT$22,000), an English cupboard (NT$350,000),
an Indian phonograph (NT$16,800), a 1930 English phonograph (NT$69,500)
and a cabinet underneath for storing records. Besides English, Italian,
European and Indian products, there are also leather products by
local designers (NT$120-300), which come with free name embossing.
The old childhood series of Family Fat Cup (NT$300) and Family Tri-feet
Cup (NT$260 each), with their candid expressions, are telling of
the innocent and sincere warmth of the local people. There are delicate
silver items such as book markers (NT$60), key chains (NT$80), faux
vintage handheld mirrors (NT$200) that can also hold a picture,
and cup tags (NT$50 each) in the shape of seashells and dolphins,
to hang on the cup handles for identification. The Treasure House
awaits the start of your own personal treasure hunt
