The Classic Wine and Meal Combination offers the entree Fish Roe and Salmon with White Wine Sauce (NT$399), with a striking plate presentation and fresh, sour sauces that complement the food. Vegetable and Matsusaka Pork (NT$399) is prepared with tomatoes, brandy sauce, and seasoned grilled pork, and has a sweet-and-sour flavor. All meal sets include fresh soup and an alcoholic beverage choice from three options--Rose, Blue Sea, and Mint.
