Cultural Creativity Tourism Night Market
ZhongQing Rd and JingMao 5th Rd, Xitun Dist.
Taichung-ers now have a fresh place to hang out at night, thanks to this new night market, reputedly the largest tourism night market in Central Taiwan. Located between ZhongPing and ZhongChing Roads, it boasts that its stalls (over 700!) and a parking lot covering nearly 20,000 square meters. Craving for a particular Taiwanese snack? Looking for something that you expect to find at night markets? You won't be disappointed, as there are over a dozen stalls selling soft drinks, plus stalls with different barbecue styles and ingredients, grilled octopus larger than your face, teppanyaki, stinky tofu, fresh fruit/juice bars, and many more items. There's also a large playground for children and games such as goldfish-catching, darts and ring-tossing.
