Opened by three friends from different walks of life--a hair stylist, a visual designer and a chef--Level Bar's small but chic ambiance attracts friends and patrons from all over. Most of the customers here are heavy spenders, including lawyers, professors and doctors. The winning characteristic of Level is its relaxing, cozy and natural atmosphere, making it a fun, lively place perfect for hanging out with friends, or making new ones. Rather than the raucous noise of a KTV, you can instead enjoy a relaxing evening over some alcohol and food in a tranquil elegance. Red wines and whiskeys like Glenfiddich, Macallan and Hennessy are mainly served here, in addition to cocktails and beers. Occasionally, there are also alcohol sampling events. For gatherings and birthday parties, call ahead and make a reservation. --By Ann Li, translated by Naomi Lai
