Amuse Fashion Restaurant At Amuse you will find a young, hip crowd enjoying five-star dining and great live music. If you can take your eyes off of the show, you'll notice the modern interior design, complete with a back-lit stage and a huge fish tank made mostly of glass, metal and wood.

This trendy nightspot isn't just a classy environment with a good sound system; it also boasts a fantastic five-star chef preparing Taiwanese fusion dishes that include tastes from all over the globe. A couple favorites are the German Pigs Feet (NT$380) and the Chicken Salad (NT$250) which, in my opinion, is one of the best dishes in town. Other popular choices include the Short Ribs (NT$300), Three Cup Chicken (NT$280), and Salmon Fried Rice (NT$180)--all are large enough to share with up to four people.

Since this is a casual fine dining club, it wouldn't be complete without a cocktail menu to make even the most amusing nights a little hazy. Try the Around the World (NT$300) or the California Sunshine (NT$300) to get started. You might not need much more than that, considering the size of the cups which, in some cases hold two full pints. If you enjoy yourself as much as we did, you might even decide to get your own bottle (NT$2,200-5,500), which should be surprisingly easy to finish.

From Sunday to Thursday, enjoy all-you-can-drink (NT$300 men, free for women). Friday is Hard Rock night, featuring '80s, '90s and current rock anthems. Saturday is Pop Night with No Name and Twister playing pop tracks that will get you wigglin'. With three sets a night at 11 p.m., 12:15 a.m., and 1:30 a.m., you'll get all the entertainment you need for only NT$300. Now that's amusement.
