Party Animal has been around for so long that club-goers rarely need to ask for directions to get there. The drink menu is divided in terms of alcohol content--all drinks are listed as weak, medium or strong so that patrons can plan their night accordingly. In this issue, young, hip bartender Eva introduces the classic Singapore Sling. This drink, which has transparent guava juice on the top and pink cherry brandy on the bottom, can be enjoyed with or without stirring the two layers together.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Gin
Dash of guava juice
0.5 oz Cherry Brandy
Soda water
1 cherry (optional)　　
1 lemon wedge (optional)

Instructions:
Mix gin, guava juice and brandy in a cocktail shaker. Pour contents into tall glass over ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and lemon wedge.
