Bartender: Ivy
Cocktail:Ultimate "O" Margarita
Not many people know that Friday's originated with cocktails, only later becoming the family restaurant that it is today. There are over a hundred kinds of cocktails available here, but only a few dozen of the most popular ones are listed on the drinks menu.
The drink featured this month was developed by Friday's own department of development, and named the Ultimate "O" Margarita. There are two ways of making this drink. You can choose to have it made into an "ice slushie" to weaken the alcoholic taste, or just add ice directly to the mixed drink. This is a rather big drink, so those of you who cannot take too much alcohol might consider sharing it with someone. This pink cocktail is sour with a hint of sweetness and has a combination of fresh orange and tangy lemon flavors. It is not as strong as most drinks you will find at bars, and is great with a meal.
