VISITSR RATINGS & REVIEWS Conveniently
located near the intersection of XiangShang (ShiangShang)
and MinQuan (MinChuan) roads, the entrance here gives no indication
that the place is frequently packed out, even on Wednesday
nights. Head downstairs and you'll find a smallish but busy
nightlife spot decorated with a strong modern Japanese influence.
Glass walls enclose a little garden, and there is plenty of
small booths, bottle cabinets and dark wood. One draw is the
karaoke setup, which includes small airplane-sized flat screens
in each booth. Food is mostly of the "shao kao"barbeque
sort, and the Hong Kong sausages (NT$130) come highly recommended.
This place is upscale and most customers order full bottles
of whiskey or cognac (NT$2,200+), but a single glass of Johnny
Walker Black Label can be had for NT$150, and glasses of XO
are only NT$200. Big bottles of beer come in at NT150+. --By
