Towering
three stories over the corner of Jing Ming and Jing
Cheng roads, Chubby's is a landmark in Little Europe.
Known for fun and creative activities and its good Western
food menu, Chubby's and its predecessor, The Riverside,
have also produced some notable bartenders over the
years. This month, ace bartender Anita Chiou introduces
a Chubby's favourite: Angel's Desire. The drink itself
is slightly sour, but the whipped cream sweetens it
up. Overall, the taste is reminiscent of lemon candy
or even lemon cake, with no hint of gin present.
Ingredients:
* 1/2 oz. Cacao White
* 1/2 oz. Parfait
* 1/2 oz. Gin
* 1 oz. Orange Juice
* 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
* 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Directions:
Mix ingredients and shake. Top with whipped cream. |
