This new, upscale western restaurant has attracted more than a few stares with its classy-looking white exterior, fronting Chung Ming South Road between Taichung Harbor and Kungyi roads. The menu offers a variety of western dishes, from the NT$700 lobster thermidor (plus soup, salad, dessert and drink) to NT$250 rice dishes. There is a NT$980 full-course dinner for two, daily NT$180 lunch and dinner specials (includes soup and drink) and a NT$120 western breakfast. There are plenty of coffees, teas and desserts. The second-floor, open-air balcony, with umbrella-shaded tables, provides a great view of the street and surrounding area.
