This cleanly-designed restaurant provides a cozy dining ambiance and Italian delicacies, with menu options including appetizers, 10-inch wood-fired oven-baked pizzas, pasta and risotto dishes, salads and desserts. Top selections include a hollow pizza pita appetizer with a shrimp/tomato-flavored dipping sauce (NT$280), Hokkaido Scallop and Scallion Risotto (NT$380), "Drunken Boar Rider" Pasta (NT$340), made with squid-ink spaghetti and matsusaka pork, and Shrimp, Anchovy and Sesame Leaf Pizza (NT$300). For NT$120 extra, all entrees can be upgraded to a set meal (focaccia bread, soup and NT$90 non-alcoholic drink). The chef/owners, who are all Italian-certified pizza makers, change the menu seasonally to highlight quality food ingredients. Drinks include teas, juices and smoothies, plus imported beers (NT$120-160) such as Hirter Dark Beer and Eggenberg Radler Naturtrub from Austria, and Peroni from Italy. --By Amber Hsu, translated by Anna Yang
