The Lobster Rolls (NT$620) here are made with live lobsters, oysters, fresh scallops, abalone, greens and sauce, and encase a wonderful combination of chewy lobster meat, crunchy celery and onion flavors in a baked roll. Other sandwiches (NT$520) come with juicy, fresh scallops and abalone, and there are also the King Crab Sandwich and Queen Crab Sandwich (NT$1,600-NT$6,500). Prices for oysters from a variety of origins start from NT$450 per half dozen and can be boiled or enjoyed raw with original fresh flavors. With only a few seats, shop began as an online vendor offering only sandwiches and fresh seafood, but now has both dine-in and take-out delicacies. Drinks (NT$40-NT$1200) include craft beers and sparkling wines, and there is also Lobster Bisque (NT$80). --By Niang Chen, translated by Anna Yang
