This French restaurant is located in the Dakeng Scenic Area right next to Butterfly Bridge, which crosses Dali River. Its wooden European-style villa is surrounded by bald cypresses and its interior, well-illuminated by large windows, offers a truly delightful ambiance for customers.
The main chef and patisserie chef at this romantic establishment are a brother and sister who did their culinary studies at Le Cordon Bleu in Australia. Thus, it's no surprise that the varied, elegantly-presented entrees here resemble works of art, including the Boston Lobster Risotto (NT$1499), Wet-Aging U.S. Beef Ribeye (NT$1299), French Style Chicken (NT$888) and other delicacies that are perfectly matched with authentically-flavored sauces.
Main courses can be savored alongside equally exquisite appetizers, salads and soups, which vary seasonally and include choices like Shrimp and Vegetables with Mango Jam, and the fresh-tasting Mushroom Chicken Soup.
On weekdays, reasonably-priced business lunches start from NT$488 and feature risottos and pastas, while afternoon tea offers are priced from NT$450 and provide a light meal, dessert, quiche and beverage. All-day dining can be enjoyed here in a scenic setting, with creative desserts, including tarts and pastries made with ginger, recommended for additional lingering in the relaxing interior and outdoor yard.
