"ATC" stands for "alcohol, tea, coffee" at this popular, chilled-out new hang-out, located on the ground floor of the Leeco outlet mall building. A complete indoor/outdoor remodeling has created a cosmopolitan vibe with an upscale, spacious lounge-like feel inside and a variety of seating on the adjacent outdoor plaza, where there is a large fountain, umbrella-shaded tables and a tree-shaded wooden deck. Mood lighting and music is also offered inside and outside. The owners aim to offer healthy, reasonably-priced drinking and dining options, with a focus being 100% Taiwanese (not imported) teas used in a variety of beverages like Bubble Tea (NT$95), pots of hot tea (NT$220-240), tea lattes and even fruit tea beers (NT$140), with tea-infused cocktails coming soon. A variety of mostly-eastern dining fare include noodle and rice entrees (NT$80-130), salads, snacks and desserts.
