Located in Goldmine 928 Massage Center's pristine, zen-style complex, this upscale French restaurant's relaxing decor matches the surroundings, including glass walls looking onto the landscaped garden outside and an open kitchen where experienced Executive Chef Michael Wu and his team prepare a mix of modern French and French-Japanese fusion cuisine. The multi-course lunch (NT$880-1580) and dinner (NT$1380-2680) sets revolve around a selection of exquisitely presented main entrees, from Roasted Iberico Pork Rib Eye Cap Steak with Black Garlic Puree, to Fried Duck Breast Foie Gras with Port Sauce. Diners also enjoy equally alluring appetizer, soup, salad and dessert selections, such as Crayfish Salad with Avocado, Zucchini and Balsamic Reduction, and Hiroshima Oyster Risotto of Japanese Miso Flavor. The sizable wine list has a variety of Old and New World selections as well.
