Chef's selected menus (NT$1,200, NT$1,800, NT$2,500) are seasonal and made with fresh ingredients chosen by the chef, including appetizers, sashimi, three hot dishes, a sushi mix, soup and dessert. --By Niang Chen, translated by S. A. NT$1,800 Chef's Selection Menu (items can vary based on what is in season) -- appetizers include cooked sushi, tamagoyaki, boiled abalone, and salad with apple cider vinegar. Besides fish and duck cooked items, there's a sashimi platter with mantis shrimp, tuna belly, snapper, cobia, and a special sushi with salmon roe, fresh tuna and white prawns, all top-grade and freshly prepared.

B. A delicious part of set meals, American Sirloin Teppanyaki (NT$280) uses tender and juicy medium-rare prime ribs with evenly distributed fat and meat, served with truffle salt.

C. Third-floor private rooms (min. charge NT$20,000 for 12 people) include a special long wooden bar-style tables, high-end utensils and private waiter service, making them ideal for family gatherings or business meetings.
