Created by the renowned La Chi Food Co. and led by General Manager Chang, this spot is a car wash by day, but at night transforms into a unique high-end street-side vendor serving different kinds of noodles. There are also traditional Taiwanese marinaded items, dried noodles and all sorts of grilled Taiwanese seafood options. --By Xu Li Ling , translated by S. Ying

A. Various marinaded items here go well with beer and provide popular combination meals. Marinades (NT$150 up), made with soy sauce and rice wine, accent the special flavors and can be enjoyed via a marinade platter.

B. Tender, high-quality noodles are used in the soup-less noodle dishes (NT$38-58) here, with various toppings including Seafood Chili, XO Scallop, Pepper Sesame, and Dried Bonita Fish sauces. These really bring out the special flavors of the noodles, which can be enjoyed hot or chilled.
