A. USDA Choice Bone-In Short Ribs (NT$500) and the Combo (NT$260) of fries, lemon chicken tenders and fried codfish are equally great with beer.
B. A lot of effort and quality ingredients go into Orgasmo's savory Japanese-Indian-fusion curries, such as this Pork Cutlet Curry with Rice (NT$180). Other curry combinations (NT$140-175; add 50% after 9 p.m.) include beef, shrimp, lemon chicken strips, fish strips, and vegetables--all also available with noodles.
C. A huge selection of 60 quality beers from about 10 countries includes the pictured Elysian Split Shot Espresso Milk Stout (NT$450, 650 ml) from Seattle, surrounded by other choices from Scotland, England, Germany, Austria and Belgium.
