Owner Bruce believes in only using local seasonal ingredients to create delicious dishes. His winter menu includes dozens of appetizers and adding NT$80 to any entree gets diners a pumpkin soup and bread. Besides the popular Romaine Heart Salad & Top Loin (NT$240), the stews and fried dishes are also recommended. A. Grilled Calamari With Calamari Ink Risotto (NT$300) is tender and flavorful with a hint of bacon flavor.
B. The slightly-spicy Spaghetti With Clams (NT$240) is pictured with Raw Vegetables with Warm Anchovy Butter (NT$180, back left) and Sauteed Mushroom with Cream Omelet (MT$120), made with eggs from Changhua County's Puyan.
 C. The fresh Orange Salad (NT$180) is only available in winter. Sicilian Sweet Eggplant & Bread (NT$160, right) is made with seasonal eggplants from Puli, plus tamarinds and green olives. The Pear Tart dessert is NT$70.
