The Bollywood/Kebabish Indian restaurant empire has once again expanded, this time to the Science Park/Tunghai University neighborhood west of the freeway. Bollywood 2 (or Kebabish 3) is located on the same strip--not far from the XiTun/YuMen roads intersection--that a number of new places are opening (see Dec. "What's New"). The new restaurant is a spacious, two-floor place attractively decorated with Indian art and knick-knacks and lots of bright orange colors. First-timers and Bollywood fans alike will want to visit because the menu here has a large number of new additions not found at the other branches. This includes an all-new selection of seven lamb dishes, which have already become hits at the new restaurant. Other new entrees include Achor Gosht (tender boneless chicken pieces with pickles in sour sauce, NT$280), Tandoori Chicken Chili Tikka, Tandoori Fish Tikka (NT$320), Shrimp Masala, Fish Madras, and the vegetable Allo Gobhi (NT$240) and Makhani Daal (NT$220) dishes. Of course, Bollywood/Kebabish favorites like the all-time most popular Butter Chicken (NT$300) are available, too. Another change at the new Bollywood: For NT$60 extra, any entree can become a set meal that includes rice, Naan bread and a salad or drink. --By Douglas Habecker, translated by Ann Lee
