Tian Xiang's simple village-style ambience matches its menu, which only has four main dishes to choose from, very well. The chefs at this Cantonese-style eatery are the heart and soul of the place. They've gained their excellent cooking expertise by working at various Hong Kong-style restaurants and now give customers at Tian Xiang the freshest ingredients and some very tasty dishes. One well-liked specialty here are the Seafood and Meat Buns (NT$18/bun). The dough for these buns is made with fresh milk and the stuffing boasts fresh shrimp and pork. Seafood and Meat Soup (NT$45) is freshly-picked squid in homemade soup with meat. The broth is made with chicken bones to enhance the flavor, so they don't have to add extra cooking oil or artificial ingredients.
