Located on the WuQuan Parkway, this restaurant combines creative Eastern and Western architecture, with warm, inviting lighting, classically-decorated Chinese wood-carving doors and American-style high square dining tables and chairs. Joyful Cooking helps remind customers about the joys of dining, offering only premium Angus beef, with soft texture and fresh, juicy flavors that make it the top choice for sukiyaki, with soft texture and juicy fresh taste. The restaurant's proprietary Chef's Speciality Sukiyaki Sauce has a balanced flavor that comes from combining healthy, fresh eggs from the Long Chang Farm with fresh seasonal vegetables that include golden mushrooms grown in Changhua county's Hemei.
