The unique pear-shaped architecture, spacious dining area and tall glass walls helps create a clean, relaxing ambiance for diners here. An extensive variety of breakfast options (NT$180), with unlimited coffee refills and tea, provides all the energy you need for the day. The Afternoon Tea Set (NT$250), including organic cakes, handmade cookies, sandwiches and Movenpick ice cream, is a great choice during lunch break. The Bagel set meal (NT$220-270) comes with a choice of original, whole wheat, cinnamon and blueberry bagels, and toppings of smoked salmon and onion beef. Generous portions and unique flavors help this place stand out from the crowd. Another delicious dish is the carefully-selected Taiwan cow tongues, prepared in a complicated, four-hour process. First, the tongues are marinated in vanilla spices for two hours, then sliced and fried with onions for a tasty final product served with a special sauce made with red wine and spices. Stewed Beef Tongue in Red Wine Sauce (NT$680 set meal) offers a tender texture completely different from normal steak, plus a sensational fragrant aftertaste.
