Just past the TaiZhongGang (Taichung Harbor) Road freeway interchange, heading along AnHe Road will take you to a sign that directs you onto a smaller road that takes you to a field of green. For a moment, you may think you've been transported from the busy city and onto a country farm.

Walk along a carefully cultivated "herb path" and you will see various organic basil plants on either side, filling the place with the air of a rustic European farmyard. Head indoors and the dining table is filled with a variety of organic cuisine. The owner pays attention to detail and carefully places floral decorations on every table, in hopes that customers will also enjoy a visual feast as well.
Dining here is buffet-style, with different areas for drinks, hot soups, fruits and salads, and cooked vegetables. All meals come with a main course (pork chop, lamb chop or fish steak), wiith a vegetarian choice for non-meat eaters; main courses are served to your table by the waiting staff.

The garden area is 1,800 pings large and, apart from the beautiful restaurant, there are other facilities such as a shaded outdoor seating area, performance area, an indoor activity and conference center, an organic vegetable garden and a barbeque area. There are also farm-related activities offered at times which allow you to spend a whole day there. The friendly manager emphasizes that most of the dishes here have been carefully prepared by their chef, Mrs. Yang. These focus on the use of healthy olive oil and natural sea salts for flavoring, part of the restaurant's aim of providing all customers with healthy and delicious food.

So, how much does it cost to enjoy such a carefully-designed environment and tasty cuisine? You can have it all for just around NT$300, but make sure you remember to make a reservation first.
