Fine dining can be an addiction and no more so than this new restaurant. During the day, Fleur de Pavot is elegant, clean, fresh and bright. In the evenings, its purple lights exude a dreamy, warm and romantic atmosphere not visible during the day, providing you with altogether different dining experience. Restaurant manager Mr. Hung has been in the Western food and beverage business for more than 12 years and has accumulated a great deal of experience in cooking and cuisine. He has a knack for using various ingredients to replace artificial flavorings, allowing customers to enjoy delicious food with peace of mind. Pasta dishes are available at lunch, with dishes such as Spaghetti with Fresh Tomatoes & Scallops (NT$260) and Paella (NT$280/local rice, NT$420/imported rice). For an extra NT$60, you can enjoy a soup or a salad, plus a drink as part of your set menu. There is also one or two weekly specials offered for between NT$100 to NT$200. In the evenings, they offer Western set menus with main courses such as Grilled Spicy New York Steak (NT$550). This juicy, tender beefsteak is mildly spicy and filled with the natural aroma of grilled meat. The set menu also includes appetizer, salad, soup, fruit and other items for a total of seven to eight courses that make for a sumptuous evening of dining.
