Su Bau Cafe, long popular for its tasty, reasonably-priced
food and drinks and relaxing settings, continues to expand
with the opening of this third branch. Located just off of
WenXin Road, section 1, about 50 meters from HSBC bank, Su
Bau's Dadun branch is a cozy place, decorated with lots of
wood and bamboo and seating about 40 at indoor and outdoor
tables. The menu is near identical to that at other branches,
featuring a fairly large selection of pastas, rice dishes,
pizzas and salads. Popular pasta dishes include the Aglio
Olio (NT$130), Smoked Salmon & Cream (NT$200) and Mustard
Cream Chicken (NT$160). Other unique pasta toppings include
Mango Curry Vegetarian, and Green Curry Seafood, plus there
is lasagna. Many of the rice dishes (NT$150-220) have similar
toppings, but include others like Seafood Risotto (NT$220),
Coconut Chicken, Mango Curry, Green Curry, and Thai Spicy
Beef. PIzzas range between NT$150 and NT$300. Su Bau's drink
menu is equally extensive, offering a wide range of teas,
milk teas (wheat bran, chocolate, honey, passion fruit and
other flavors), and tea-based drinks, as well as coffees,
beer and other beverages. |
