What used to be known as A-Do Hot Pot a decade
ago has now changed to the Hong Kong New A-Do Tea House. Chefs
from Hong Kong have designed an all-you-can-eat special for
only NT$328 and, between Monday and Friday at noon, diners
can also enjoy a 20-percent discount. Although no discounts
are offered during dinner, there is a much bigger selection,
including sashimi and seven regular main courses, such as
Roast Goose, Roast Chicken and Roast Pork, Japanese-style
Sashimi, Seasonal Vegetables, Salted Shrimp, Lettuce Hand
Rolls, and Soup of the Day. There are also over 20 kinds of
Hong Kong-style dim sum items, such as Chicken Feet, Steamed
Spare Ribs, Jade Dumplings, Steamed Chicken with Sticky Rice,
Shao Mai, Xiao Jiao with Squid, Chao Zhou Fen Guo, and much
more. The Goose Meat Buns and Radish Cakes are among the most
popular dishes here. A self-serve salad bar and desserts are
also available. Dim Sum carts are only provided on weekends,
with an a la carte menu used the rest of the week. There is
a tea fee of NT$20 per person with a choice of Pu-Er, Oolong,
Xiang Pian and many other teas. |
