DIY Together House is a restaurant that is very serious about organic, healthy eating. It isn't very big but is divided into many interesting areas--including the "Organic Bread", "Pure Organic Bean Products", "Organic Food Light Meals Dining", and the "Organic Products" shopping sections. The clean, bright atmosphere is evident everywhere, even in the open kitchen. Their organic ingredients come with internationally-recognized certification, and no chemical addictives are used. Thanks to strict standards in the kitchen, where you can see how everything is done, you can have confidence in their hygiene standards. The restaurant's concepts of European professional standards, American-style friendly service and the Chinese tradition of making people the most important element are reflected by the quality-control staff's inspection of various products at their point of origin. For example, the Rocky Mountain Organic Flour is made from wheat that has been watered by pure melted snow water from the Rocky Mountains. Their carefully selected soybeans are all American QCIA-certified organic. All this attention to detail is given to promote healthy eating concepts and habits.
