Thanks to strict standards in the kitchen, where you can see how everything is done, you can have confidence in their hygiene standards. The restaurant's concepts of European professional standards, American-style friendly service and the Chinese tradition of making people the most important element are reflected by the quality-control staff's inspection of various products at their point of origin. For example, the Rocky Mountain Organic Flour is made from wheat that has been watered by pure melted snow water from the Rocky Mountains.
