Situated in the triangle created by WuQuan
and LiuQuan West roads is the bright and inviting Shan Chuan
Japanese Cuisine Restaurant. This restaurant brings a lively
atmosphere to the LiuQuan canalside area whenever dusk sets
in. Customers are often seen perched on the high stools in
front of the bar, ordering barbecued fish and other appetizers
as they sip beer and chat with the busy chefs behind the bar
about life and other daily occurrences. New customers will
also be pleased with the friendly service. Smoked Eel with
Rice, Chicken and Egg with Rice, Beef with Rice and other
rice dishes are priced between NT$90 and NT$180, and come
with soup and an appetizer. For those who are indecisive or
don't know what to order, set meals are worth trying. For
NT$280, it includes a hand roll, salad, steamed egg, a fried
dish, salmon with steamed rice, soup, a serving of fruit and
a dessert. This not only provides a selection of almost 10
different styles of Japanese food, but also saves you the
time and effort of ordering. The Smoked Mackerel is fat, juicy
and sweet. The XiJing Barbequed Meat is the restaurant's pride,
featuring tender meat that is neither too fat nor too lean.
The Fried Shrimp are fried to a perfect texture and taste.
The Katsuo and Onion Salad is a popular new dish that is also
worth trying with its tasty flavors. |
