This new Japanese all-you-can barbecue has opened by the intersection of YiZhong Street and TaiPing Road. With reasonable prices and a great variety of choices, it is always crowded. There are over 60 kinds of food and five flavors of ice slushies to choose from. Apart from various barbecued meats and hot pots, Hong Kong style dim sum items, such as Peking Duck and Sago Soup, will be added to the menu. The Fatty Pork (Zhu Wu Hua) here is highly recommended, while the "One Bite Pastry" (Yi Kou Shu) is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and covered with tasty cheese. The Hong Kong owner says that their varied, fresh ingredients are imported in bulk, therefore pushing the prices down while maintaining good quality--a great deal for consumers. The restaurant's name comes from the Chinese expression for joining the imperial exams, and was chosen because of its proximity to the school district.
