Step into this place and you are greeted by the thick aroma of coffee and an Italian bistro-style interior that makes you feel like you walked into the kitchen of an Italian mama in a romantic Italian village. There are four to five daily specials, changed according to the season or simply because they use the freshest ingredients of the day and need to make necessary alterations. All the sauces here are homemade and very healthy and used in the three-course, one-soup special set menu. The priciest meal does not exceed NT$250 and even comes with a NT$70 drink. Italian-style enjoyment at such reasonable prices means that not only can you enjoy the meals here, but also savor unforgettably good coffee, made with an imported Italian coffee maker. Various breakfast combinations are also available between 8 and 10:30 a.m. and all look like they were carefully prepared by mother herself. To find Mimi's Kitchen, go along WenXin Road, section 3, and turn into XiaXi Road; it is about 100 meters down the road on the left side.
