During these hot summer days, those looking to get away from the bustle of the city and enjoy a nice quiet meal might want to try this restaurant/teahouse, located opposite Jen Ai Hospital's Dali City branch. Master Chef Lin Mao-Rong has a decade of experience in Japanese kaiseki cuisine and takes the kaiseki philosophy very seriously. He combines his culinary skills with the freshest natural ingredients to provide diners with fresh, healthy and delicious cuisine. He recommends the Pickled Vegetables with Roast Pork (NT$120), Japanese Style Salad (NT$80) and Japanese Style Roasted Mackerel (NT$80)--all great dishes to share with friends and family. Yi Du Shi Bu Wu is open for business until 1 a.m., making it also a great place for night owls to enjoy some beers together (draft beer is on special for only NT$39). Order their specially selected Salt Baked Shellfish (NT$120) or the Garlic Squid (NT$120) for a great accompanying snack. This is a great and affordable place for dinner or gatherings with friends or family.
