Start from the décor in the restaurant, picking up the ingredients, the cookers to the spices, he believes firmly in quality in the past twenty-two years. There are 120 dishes including sashimi, sushi, and more. Every dish is traditional Japanese with a touch of creativity.
The famous dish “Mountain Yam Noodles” is testing the chief's cutting skills. The chief uses expensive Chinese Yam and chops it into tiny strings like noodles, then dip it with special made sauce.
