VISITOR RATINGS & REVIEWS
It is difficult to imagine a pastoral Japanese restaurant
in down town Taichung. The trees in the court and the bridge
over the water fountain with fish swimming. It takes you back
to the old simple lifestyle. The owner Mr. Chen is the chief
himself and he watches over everything himself. Start from
the décor in the restaurant, picking up the ingredients,
the cookers to the spices, he believes firmly in quality in
the past twenty-two years. There are 120 dishes including
sashimi, sushi, and more. Every dish is traditional Japanese
with a touch of creativity.
The famous dish “Mountain Yam Noodles” is testing
the chief's cutting skills. The chief uses expensive Chinese
Yam and chops it into tiny strings like noodles, then dip
it with special made sauce. Moreover, the hotpot with fish
and squid, the baked crabs, and the sashimi with shrimps are
all delicious dishes you don't want to miss. When you come
in here, you might want to switch off the cells and just enjoy
the relaxing dinning experience.
